A party of three traveling from Key West, Fla. had a problem with their reservation. “I want to commend Key West Lead Station Agent Brinin Behrend,” wrote one of the grateful passengers. “He assisted us from start to finish, took charge of the situation and made sure my entire party had tickets and made our connecting flight in Miami.” Knowing the customer had already been waiting and it would take time to unravel the issue, Brinin suggested they have a seat – when it was all straightened out, he delivered their boarding passes to them personally. “This wonderful treatment was way above what I expect. Thank you to Brinin, as he made a possibly very frustrating experience into a positive one!”
