From the day she joined Envoy’s Employee Relations team in May 2016, Danielle Griffin has demonstrated the dedication, professionalism and drive for excellence that is the hallmark of a successful leader. In the two years she has been with the company, she has been promoted twice, assuming increased responsibilities in each role.  These are some of the reasons why she was recently selected by Workforce magazine as one of this year’s top 25 Workforce “Game Changers.”  Danielle is Envoy’s Manager – People Services Field Services.

The magazine awards young, innovative individuals who are making a difference in the workforce management sector.

Danielle is a conceptual thinker who is always looking forward in order to anticipate and plan for tomorrow’s opportunities and challenges. As Envoy embarked on a major effort to transform its Human Resources organization, Danielle was selected to serve on the core transformation team, applying her previous experience as a Human Resources Generalist and Manager to develop new and innovative business processes.

As a leader, Danielle is adept at identifying others’ strengths and empowering them to achieve, realizing that there is value in tapping into the power of the team. She has a diverse professional background which allows her to draw on experiences gained in several different industries.  Danielle currently leads a team of Business Partners who support the airline’s managers and more than 15,000 Envoy employees.

Congratulations to Danielle for an extraordinary recognition!
