When the Envoy team in Northwest Arkansas (XNA) isn’t getting flights out on time and receiving social media compliments, they’re busy caring for our customers and saving lives. In fact, the station is so good at saving customers that they now have the most Real American Hero winners out of any non-hub station in American’s system.
The eighth honoree of this prize at XNA is none other than Lead Agent Tara Russo. When a customer experienced a medical issue in the ticket counter area, Tara was able to rush over to provide first aid and save the day until medical professionals arrived. Find out more in the special video below:
