Envoy and the Professional Simulator Instructors Reach a Tentative Agreement on First Collective Bargaining Agreement

Posted

Today, in a letter to employees, Pedro Fábregas, President and CEO at Envoy announced that the Company reached a tentative agreement on the first Collective Bargaining Agreement with Professional Simulator Instructors:

I’m pleased to announce that we have reached a Tentative Agreement with our Professional Simulator Instructors (PSI) represented by the Transport Workers Union (TWU).

Representatives from Envoy and the PSI team negotiated an initial agreement which improves benefits and wages for PSIs at Envoy.

My sincere thanks to both negotiating committees for working hard to reach a tentative mutually beneficial agreement. There has been much effort and discussion to satisfy all parties and establish a solid framework for a more collaborative working relationship that will only support our collective success.

The details of the agreement will be provided by the union and sent to employees for a full membership ratification.

Thank you and keep up the great work!
