Today marked the start of a new route for Envoy as we began scheduled service from Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) to Stillwater, Oklahoma (SWO) using Embraer 145 regional jets. SWO, home of Oklahoma State University (OSU), is a new destination for AAG and the honor of piloting this inaugural flight goes to two OSU graduates: Envoy Captain Walter Pegg and First Officer John Colquitt.
Onboard the flight were a variety of VIP passengers, including OSU President Burns Hargis and wife Mrs. Ann Hargis; Marc Tower, Chairman of Stillwater Regional Airport Authority (SRAA) and wife Rhonda Tower; as well as Chuck Allen, American’s Managing Director for Government Affairs.
