On Tuesday, March 7, Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education hosted a special event to recognize Envoy and the other winners of the Business Partnership Excellence Award.
This award is granted yearly to highlight successful partnerships that cultivate a higher learning environment through Oklahoma State Regents’ Economic Development Grants. Institutions involved in these partnerships provide $500 in financial support and receive a matching $500 State Regents’ Economic Development Grant.
Envoy will be reinvesting the matching grant back into our partner school, and nominating institution, Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
Envoy First Officer John Colquitt and American Airlines First Officer Chris Ferguson accepted the award on behalf of the company, along with leadership from Southeastern Oklahoma State University including, President, Sean Burrage, and Chief Flight Instructor Kyle Thomas.
