The Envoy airport teams have been working around the clock in recent weeks to rebook passengers affected by weather delays and cancellations throughout the country. One customer traveling from Louisville (SDF) wrote in to commend Envoy Station Agent Tony Ailiff for his outstanding service.
“I want to tell you of an exceptional employee I encountered during a recent trip,” wrote the customer. “My flight to Chicago was delayed and then cancelled. He worked tirelessly to see that we were booked for a flight the next day and to correct a name error on my wife’s ticket. He was concerned not only for our delay, but also for our comfort. This man is an exceptional representative for your company.”
