We’re pleased to announce that American Airlines recently awarded three new ground handling contracts to Envoy in Fargo (FAR), Sioux Falls (FSD) and Rapid City (RAP), effective September 2017. American Airlines service in these three cities was previously provided by third-party vendors.
“It’s been a year of growth for our Customer Services group – American awarded five new stations to Envoy in the spring, and we’re now preparing to open more stations in the fall” said Kevin Ward, Vice President, Airport Services Planning. “Our focus on providing great service for American’s customers is paying off, and we’re pleased that American continues to trust Envoy with more ground handling contracts.”
