In May, members of the Envoy executive leadership team joined the team in Charleston, S.C. (CHS) to celebrate their recent American Airlines Customer Cup win for the first quarter of 2024.

This marks the second consecutive year this team has been recognized for this award, having also won in the third quarter of 2023.
