For the third year in a row, Diversity MBA Magazine has named Envoy to their top 50 Out Front: Best Places to Work for Women & Diverse Managers. According to their website, “Diversity MBA’s ’50 Out Front’ showcases companies and organizations that make a strategic effort to implement intentional strategies for women and managers of diverse backgrounds to advance to leadership roles.”
In addition, Envoy has been recognized in Diversity MBA’s Top 10 Best in Class Categories for: Representation & Accountability. The Best in Class categories recognize companies and organizations that have outstanding results and have made significant progress in a number of categories. Diversity MBA’s methodology consists of a multitiered process that involves primary and secondary research. Companies are selected based on scores in six categories: representation, board diversity, recruitment, workplace inclusion, retention, succession planning and accountability.
