Last month, members from the Envoy Flight Service training and management teams gathered at the historical C.R. Smith Museum in Fort Worth, TX to present our best and brightest Flight Attendants with their Outstanding Flight Attendant (OFA) awards.

What is the OFA award?

Every quarter, Flight Attendants are nominated by their peers for the OFA award. The Flight Service management teams at each hub take all the nominations and review a series of factors – such as customer feedback, uniform appearance standards and attendance – to select one Envoy Flight Attendant to receive this award. At the end of the following year, those award recipients celebrate together at a party thrown just for them.
