Envoy’s Cadet Program is designed to help the most promising university and commercial flight school student pilots make a smooth transition from the classroom to the regional cockpit.
Once you are employed as a Flight Instructor at one of our numerous affiliate programs, we may offer you financial assistance* and provide you with all the benefits of being an Envoy employee. Cadet Program Levels
Pilots accepted into the Cadet Program will receive various levels of support as their certifications, training, and experience grow.

|Be enrolled in a partner school and successfully complete an HR interview
|Mentorships, internships and promotional materials
|Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-engine and Instrument Airplane Ratings
|Successfully complete the entire interview process (HR and Tech)
