If you recently flew into Eugene Airport (EUG), you might have spotted the Envoy team there celebrating their very first American Airlines Customer Cup win with a cookout. With a mix of seasoned vets and new hires among the group of Envoy agents, the team celebrated their great accomplishment.
“I’m incredibly proud of my team for collaborating to earn this win,” said Envoy EUG General Manager Celzo Wanamaker. “They’ve worked very hard through all sorts of different weather conditions, so I’m glad we got to celebrate them by having a cookout on such a beautiful day.”
Once everyone gathered back inside, it was time to eat and raffle off some prizes. Names were drawn from the Customer Cup, and winners took home prizes like Bluetooth speakers, gift cards and even an air fryer.
“I’m so glad I was there to celebrate this team’s win with them,” said Envoy Vice President of LAX and West Region Operations, Deesha Desai. “Celzo has done a phenomenal job bringing this team together, and I have full confidence that they’ll be able to pull out another win in the future.”
