Vice President – Miami Hub

Migdoel Rosa is responsible for Envoy’s airport operations at its Miami hub and throughout Florida. A 26-year veteran of the company, he has held numerous managerial positions.

Migdoel began his career in the airline industry with American Airlines Ramp Services, serving as Ramp Services Manager for American Eagle. While there, he held a number of positions, including Ramp Service Manager, Passenger Service Manager and General Manager, later becoming Vice President of International Operations.

Migdoel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and is a licensed aircraft dispatcher.
